1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or otherwise using the ph265 Casino platform available at ph265.cam ("Platform"), you ("Player," "you," "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ph265 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the ph265 Platform and close your account. Continued use of ph265 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between ph265 and the Player with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the ph265 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for online casino-style gambling in the Philippines.
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of placing wagers or accessing real-money games.
• You are registering as an individual and not as a corporation, partnership, trust, or any other legal entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or restriction imposed by ph265 or any competent gambling authority.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or using the Platform for any commercial purpose unauthorized by ph265.
• You do not hold an existing active ph265 account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful. ph265 reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where verification cannot be completed to ph265's satisfaction.

3. Account Management

Each Player may hold only one account on the ph265 Platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph265 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify ph265 customer support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

ph265 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials where such loss results from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. However, ph265 will investigate all reported incidents of unauthorized access in good faith and take reasonable steps to protect your account pending the investigation.

ph265 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, provision of false information, or abuse of the Platform's systems or promotional structures.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ph265 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph265 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, ShopeePay, and PayMaya. Method availability may vary and ph265 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment channels at any time with reasonable notice.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit is ₱100. No maximum deposit limit is imposed by ph265, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your ph265 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ph265 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• ph265 does not charge fees for standard deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal is ₱200. No maximum withdrawal ceiling is imposed by ph265 on fully KYC-verified accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to GCash and Maya during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• ph265 may require completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing withdrawals that cumulatively exceed ₱50,000 per day or where ph265 has a reasonable compliance obligation to do so.
• ph265 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly where unusual activity patterns are detected, without limiting the player's entitlement to their verified funds.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account registered in your own name and previously used for deposits where practicable.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph265 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and other incentive programs to eligible players from time to time. The availability of any specific promotion and the eligibility criteria applicable to it are determined by ph265 in its sole discretion.

All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus terms, including applicable wagering requirements (rollover conditions), eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods, are disclosed at the point of bonus activation.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• While a bonus is active, a maximum single bet or wager amount may apply. Bets placed in excess of the maximum permitted amount during an active bonus may be voided and the bonus forfeited at ph265's discretion.
• ph265 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after activation by a player, ph265 will use reasonable efforts to honor the promotion for a transition period or otherwise act fairly toward affected players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, coordinating with other players to arbitrage promotional terms, or using automated systems to generate bonus value — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Game Rules & Conduct

All games offered on the ph265 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before wagering real money. The following general conduct rules apply to all Players across all game types:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Outcomes are provably random and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the Player.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed in accordance with the game's default disconnection protocol. ph265 is not responsible for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's side.
• Malfunctions void play. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest miscalculation, ph265 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Any winnings derived from a malfunction will not be paid out.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Collusion, chip dumping, and any form of cheating in live dealer or multi-player game environments is prohibited. ph265 actively monitors for collusive behavior and reserves the right to void affected game results and suspend implicated accounts pending investigation.
• Sporting event results and live betting outcomes are determined by official score feeds. ph265 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's outcome is already determined, where this is technically or operationally verifiable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph265 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, design elements, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of ph265 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any automated data collection tool, scraper, bot, or similar mechanism to extract data from the Platform.
• Frame, mirror, or link to the Platform or any portion thereof without prior written consent from ph265.

Unauthorized use of ph265 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, and other laws, and ph265 reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies in respect of such infringement.

8. Responsible Gaming

ph265 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe gaming environment for all Philippine players. ph265 recognizes that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and has implemented the following player protection tools, all accessible directly from your ph265 account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set and adjust (reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period).
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss limits over defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications at defined intervals of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break from the Platform, ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which deposits and gameplay are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended exclusion from the Platform. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph265, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns ("ph265 Parties") shall not be liable to you for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
• Damages arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server failure, force majeure events, or circumstances outside ph265's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph265's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

The ph265 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph265 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Platform or any content thereon.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ph265 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ph265 will provide advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph265 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph265 arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through ph265's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. ph265 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint to the registered support contact.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
